No sound output on minnowboard (HDMI audio)

Problem identified: the problem comes from the minnowboard which doesn't expose any master volume for HDMI output: the current HAL config file for minnowboard is incorrect. It used to work in the past but we added some extra checks in HAL manager to avoid the declaration of unknown alsa control types.

Fix in progress.
