Per a request from Walt, I've added code to pause mediaplayer when the radio application play button is pressed and vice versa, with the intent being to improve demo behavior for CES.  Post-CES, this needs to be revisited.  Ideally, the changes can be removed to switch back to using (a perhaps enhanced) 4A policy behavior, or alternatively integrating with the UI policy manager that is starting to be discussed.
