I see a lot of jenkins jobs failing in the final step to upload to the download server like so:

+ ssh -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no jenkins-slave@10.30.72.8 mkdir -p /srv/download/AGL/upload/ci/18823/3
Timeout, server 10.30.72.8 not responding.
 

We do that before we actually rsync to that directory (to make sure it is there as target).

What can cause the 'not responding' ? Some jobs go through, some don't .
