Create test tree in project for the afb test binding

Description

Following discussion from the review 18553  it would be nice to have a way to automatically create the first needed files to make test using the afb-test binding. Including the cmakelists.txt files and a configuration and tests samples

I think that is a good idea to create tests tree and samples in helloworld-service.

Then everyone could copy that in their binding.

Or do we need necessaraly a script to do that?
