agl-service-nfc retrieve uid data from Text record and pass it to the agl-service-identity-agent

agl-service-nfc is not processing the tag content from the adapter in reader mode.

At least the 'uid' needs to be retrieved from a Text record to provide it to the identity agent service for CES demo.
