Qt-less WAM: move from QMake to CMake

Description

WAM uses QMake scripts to build. It should be replaced with CMake, that is the standard building system adopted in webOS.

PR merged into WAM. Work will be merged into AGL as part of https://lf-automotivelinux.atlassian.net/browse/SPEC-1871#icft=SPEC-1871.
