Merge WAM web runtime Igalia work from Igalia github in webOS OSE github

Description

The work for WAM web runtime done by Igalia is right now living in https://github.com/Igalia. Those should be moved to https://github.com/webosose space.

Moving meta-agl-lge work to official AGL layers is not under the scope of this task.

Landed to webOS OSE repository all the changes from Igalia. Now they are up to date, and official development should continue in webOS OSE repositories. https://github.com/webosose/meta-agl-lge/pull/9

yes, I can prepare that part too. Let's have eel variants for eel, flounder variants for flounder... and no master for now, as we are not really trying on top of master. Also, I will set the default branches to be the flounder variants for all the repositories.

master : currently use for EE integration, so I suggest to rename master to eel and use master branch to hold integration with AGL master. Are you agree with that ? who can take of that task ?
eel : a new branch to create regarding above comment
flounder: ok, used for WAM integration into FF
