The app-templates submodule will be soon stopped and no more update will be provided when the CMake module CMakeAfbTemplates will be available with a migration procedure.

In the meanwhile, we need to backport the custom test widget configuration feature which is already in the cmake module version. This will let the user define a custom test widget configuration file more accurate if the test widget needs special permissions or features.
