It looks like the "radio" role in 4A has gone missing at some point during recent changes.  When I try to start the radio app, agl-service-radio ends up failing, with this:

I've seen this with the USB RTL adapter on Turbot and M3ULCB+KF, and without it on the M3ULCB+KF.  I'm assigning to Thierry since he's been working in the area, please re-assign if someone else is more appropriate.
