Between homescreen-service and applications, right now we use app name to check applications.

As this sequence below, when application recived tapshortcut event, it use name to compare role to check if this event is send to itself. 

Here is a problem when role is not same as name, this application can not display again.

So I think out a solution as this sequence below. 

Use application id between homescreen-service and applications. And compare id with itself's id inside of libhomescreen.

So application don't need to check it again.
