It is not desirable to expose json-object in API of libwindowmanager.

This is specific library, and it forces applications to depend on it. 

This is because

1. library should not depends on specific library.
2. Originally user should be able to choose library to create JSON.
3. libwindowmanager doesn't reduce the burden to create json-object and abstract API.

So, add more simple API.
