The homescreen does not properly scale to the size of the screen on the rpi3 with the default touchscreen (800x600). This used to work fine.

This is same issue with https://lf-automotivelinux.atlassian.net/browse/SPEC-1138#icft=SPEC-1138. The patch for 1138 was merged for eel not on master. So, I'm going to fix this referring to Tanikawa-san patch.
