We want to detach Homescreen Apps from Homescreen (Until the end of June), named as launcher and homescreen.

homescreen will contain shortcut area(TOP) and status area(BOTTOM), and use homescreen-2017 repository.

launcher will contain runnable application icons in the middle, need create a new repository.
