lava-docker: support both HTTP and HTTPS

      The main YAML config for lava-docker (boards.yaml) needs a flag to say whether the lava master is accessed via HTTP or HTTPS so it knows whether or not to disable the CSRF secure cookie settings, which are currently disabled by default.
