Sme errors are occuring when exploring the "Tests" view of https://kernelci.automotivelinux.org/

In particular, they appear when looking at a view which is trying to load lots of test results, like one of these:

      https://kernelci.automotivelinux.org/test/board/r8a7796-m3ulcb/job/AGL-kernel-tree/
      https://kernelci.automotivelinux.org/test/board/raspberrypi3/job/AGL-kernel-tree/

What you see is the "loading" symbols for awhile, and eventually they fail to load the data, and you see some unhelpful red error messages like:

Error while loading data from the server (error code: 0). Please contact the website administrator

This particular view ends up doing lots of queries to the backend for all the test counts.

What seems to be happening from my initial investigations is that the https proxy is doing some throttling, so some of these queries to the backend work, but eventually stop working.

Another indication that it's related to the https proxy is that if I use the non-https interface, it seems to work fine and not lead to all the red error boxes.  e.g.:

      http://kernelci.automotivelinux.org:8080/test/board/raspberrypi3/job/AGL-kernel-tree/
