Create documentation, tools, and media that make it easier for any new developer to get from 0 to whatever they want to do, with the question in mind: why should they choose AGL over something else as the starting point for their product?

e.g.

• App developers
• End product developers
• Custom board designers
• Middleware developers

Anyone who knows something should be able to comment or suggest an edit, and anyone who's reading should be able to ask a question about it, that way those bits of knowledge gradually wind up concentrated in one place (per each medium, e.g. video, docs).

Then, get some Google juice and point all old/deprecated documentation pages to the new place.
