The installed application is not shown by default if the role requested by application is not written in layers.json.

Users have to write the role (app name) into layers.json manually to show up the application.

This blocks application developer from debugging the code.

Need to provide the environment where any application developer can show their applications as long as the application behave in manner. 

As first step, I think I have to fix the code to show application even if the application haven't written their role(app name) into layers.json.
