lava-docker: upgrade to 2018.n

Description

LAVA version 2018.18 is advertised as bringing some important performance updates, as well as improved feature set for control by remote tools (e.g. lavacli).

OK, I think we are set:

[root@ip-10-30-160-31 lava-docker]# git checkout -b multi_slave_2018_x origin/multi_slave_2018_x
Branch multi_slave_2018_x set up to track remote branch multi_slave_2018_x from origin.
Switched to a new branch 'multi_slave_2018_x'

[root@ip-10-30-160-31 lava-docker]# git branch -vv
for-release a42405c [origin/for-release] NBD hack to kill old xnbd-server
master 5a4ce9a [origin/master] Dockerfile: expose port 3079 for the LAVA coordinator

  • multi_slave_2018_x 0e55c33 [origin/multi_slave_2018_x] Remove unused docker-compose.template
