ADSP support on M3ULCB is broken

Description

The inclusion of the new layer "meta-renesas-rcar-gen3-adas" breaks ADSP HiFi2 core accessibility.

The patch "0041-arm64-dts-renesas-ulcb-enlarge-cma-region.patch" expands the CMA in the M3ULCB DT, and reserves over the ADSP-critical region of 0x5700 0000 - 0x5800 0000.

This address is reserved already for the SalvatorX, but needs to be manually patched for M3ULCB to enable the ADSP.

The new patch needs to either be disabled or changed, and the ADSP reserved address needs to be patched into M3ULCB as it is in SalvatorX.

I tried cherry-picking back, but there were conflicts. I can make a commit suitable for master perhaps?

No. Master uses a different BSP setup.

This patch was cherry picked and merged to eel, but abandoned on master. Should it be cherry picked back to master?
