Pulse scope must be reduce to absolute minium

      AGL EE uses Pulse as its main Audio interface.This must be changed to reduce the CPU load and improve the reliability of the system.

      Pulse should NOT be used for any base demo Apps. Demo Apps should use high level API for control and GStreamer for streaming.

      The Mixer should use the High level API.

      A plugin in Pulse is required  to reduce the number of presented Interface to 1 only.
