mkefi-agl and mkabl-agl shall reject microcode.cpio configurations

Description

Non EFI boot used on Automotive platforms do not support microcode.cpio as initrd.

The scripts must detect such configuration and reject them.

all the 4A unicens changes will be needed in Eel but so far I work only on Master for Intel CES. I am afraid that a back port to Eel will be required when we will have clean all the issues.
