XDS - v1.0.0 Release Candidate 2

The v1.0.0-rc2 is an intermediate release and my plan is to release a new version, the v1.0.0, for Eel.

To answer the 2nd question:
XDS User's Guide, available on AGL docs site , helps developers to install XDS (both parts: server and client).
XDS Server part is available either as a docker container or a VM appliance or simply distro package (only for Linux distro) .
XDS client tools (including xds-agent) are available as distro package (only for Linux) or basic zip tarballs (for Windows host developers).

So to my POV, we should mention XDS in Eel release note (in UCB page AGL website or in AGL Eel wiki page) and add a short section that mentions that developer can use XDS to develop AGL applications or AGL binding and also add a reference to XDS User's Guide .

   Will this release of XDS be available in Eel?  How can developers make use of it?
