I've having trouble getting the latest AGL to boot on the R-Car M3
board. Something appears to have broken between these commits:

Commit 5692de99c4e04d51a6c5da86fea1710d55420873 of meta-agl builds a
working kernel, but the master fails to boot:

I think the problem is with the "9691b89 Rework Linux Kernel fragment
applications" commit--I've tested the following combinations:

5692de99c4e04d51a6c5da86fea1710d55420873
with git cherry-pick 4344dae to add sota support for testing
=> This works

5692de99c4e04d51a6c5da86fea1710d55420873
with git cherry-pick 4344dae (sota support)
with git cherry-pick 9691b89 (Linux Kernel fragment...)
=> This fails
