Normalize the packages/repositories for AGL HMI framework

Description

Escape from pandemonium (current status around yocto integration of new HMI framework)

It is hard to understand, too confusing name, separated repositories, old and new mixed.

I agree with you. Is there any JIRA about restructuring repository tree already?

Good, subtask is about recipes, this is one side of the confusing name, the other is the name of git repositories inside Gerrit.

But there is a problem if we want to change name of move them into a deprecated directory, as Ronan point it to me, this is that if we move thing we will break old images build (DD,CC,...) which use those components.

So could it be possible to move thing with keeping the old paths valids to keep compatibility. Else we should also change url into recipes.
