mxml package needs to be removed

Description

As this package is in duplication of mixml2 and does not complile with the security flag enable, it must be removed as soon as unicens will have been patched to use the correct libxml2.

Update of image and sdk package group is required.

Environment

mxml has been added to the package list for the image and the sdk in order to enable hal 4a for unicens.
